Code Valet offers a collection of power tools, for markup processing, based on a Web-enabled version of James Clark's SP package.

Originally we offered Site Valet users a complete WWW implementation of SP, suitable for expert use. This has now been updated to use OpenSP, with much enhanced message reporting.

All the standard SP programs are available on this server. To use them, you can either:

1. Use this page to construct an HTML Form, or
2. Write your own HTML Form, with its Action on this server (instructions to follow).

The SGML tools are:

• nsgmls - SGML analysis and validator
• spam - markup stream editor
• sgmlnorm - a simple normalizer
• sx - SGML to XML convertor
• spent - entity manager

Your choices of interface are:

• File Upload - upload a file from your computer.
• URL - you enter the URL of the data to be parsed.
